THE NEED
We start from a real user problem, not from an idea of a solution. The team phrases a hypothesis to check before building anything.
THE PROTOTYPE
A clickable application, made in a few days with AI as an accelerator. It is put in front of real users, and their feedback is documented. Each team keeps a pitch and something to show.
THE DECISION
Continue, adjust or stop, on evidence rather than intuition. Stopping in time is also a result: you learn what should not have been built.

Do I need to code to build a business application?
No. You decide what the application does; AI and vibe coding write the code.
Train, or commission an agency?
An agency if the tool is critical or complex. Training if you want to test fast and stay in charge. We tell you which path fits.
What does it cost?
Individual workshop: CHF 150. App Sprint: about CHF 800 to 1,000 per participant. Le Cockpit: from CHF 2,800. Indicative amounts, excl. VAT.
Can a training course be funded?
It is possible, through your employer or a support organisation. Tell us where you are starting from.
Do I need a project already defined?
No. An idea or a daily irritant is enough: we start from there.
Can I bring my own application project?
Yes, that is the point: everyone starts from a real case. In an App Sprint, you work in a trio on another participant’s case.
