App Sprint · intensive training

In 3 days, an idea becomes a tested application.

Without knowing how to code. With AI and vibe coding, in a group, on a real case.

You arrive with a need, you leave with a decision.

You arrive with

  • A business need that is still vague
  • A tool idea, with no method to test it
  • Little time, and no developer at hand

You leave with

  • A tested application prototype
  • The map of bets: what is safe, what is risky
  • A written decision: continue or stop

THE SEQUENCE

The same sequence at every App Sprint: survey, sort, test, decide.

  1. Day 1

    Frame

You tackle the problem before you have the method, then you survey what exists and place your bets.

    Livrable

    The map of bets

  2. Day 2

    Build

With AI and vibe coding, you build the smallest application and have it tested.

    Livrable

    A tested prototype

  3. Day 3

    Decide

You cost it, compare, and write the decision, one you can defend to someone else.

    Livrable

    A written decision

+ 30 days

A follow-up to check the tool holds and decide what comes next.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

  • School leadership

    I lead a school or a curriculum

A 3-day module, with an explicit, assessable AI usage protocol. Your students work in trios on a real case.

  • Student, apprentice

I want to learn by building

You go from an idea to a tested application, without coding, and you keep a prototype to show.

  • Support organisation

    I support people in transition

Firms, incubators, referrers: a mixed cohort and a concrete deliverable for each person. We start with a small-scale pilot.

A CONCRETE RESULT

EXAMPLE · APP SPRINT

Test before you build

THE NEED

We start from a real user problem, not from an idea of a solution. The team phrases a hypothesis to check before building anything.

THE PROTOTYPE

A clickable application, made in a few days with AI as an accelerator. It is put in front of real users, and their feedback is documented. Each team keeps a pitch and something to show.

THE DECISION

Continue, adjust or stop, on evidence rather than intuition. Stopping in time is also a result: you learn what should not have been built.

GROUND RULES

  1. 1

    You fail first.

You tackle the problem before you receive the method. It sticks better afterwards.

  2. 2

You work on someone else’s case.

In a trio, each person takes another participant’s project: the distance is immediate.

  3. 3

    AI has rules.

An explicit usage protocol, one you can assess.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You decide what the application does; AI and vibe coding write the code.

Which project do we work on?

On a real case, in a trio. Each person takes another participant’s project: the distance comes at once.

How is the use of AI framed?

The App Sprint applies an explicit, assessable AI usage protocol, set out with you before the session.

And after the 3 days?

A check-in at 30 days confirms the tool holds and helps decide what comes next.

Let’s talk about your case.

A 20-minute conversation to see if the App Sprint suits you, and in which form.

A free conversation, with no commitment.
